Shipping Policy
At Mainland Pure, we take pride in delivering premium quality meat with care and consistency. Please read our shipping terms before placing your order:
Dispatch & Delivery:
Orders are dispatched every Tuesday via overnight courier to ensure your meat arrives frozen and fresh.
Please place your order by 12pm Monday to be included in the Tuesday dispatch.
Delivery Areas:
No delivery to rural (RD) addresses.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and courier limitations, we cannot ship to rural delivery addresses. If you live rurally, please provide an alternative urban address (e.g. work, friend, or family member).
Receiving Your Order:
Your order will be packed with care in insulated packaging. Please ensure someone is available to receive and store the delivery promptly on arrival.
Refunds & Replacements:
We stand by the quality of our products. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
Photographic evidence is required to assess eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot honour claims made outside this time frame.
